We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are processed externally or by cash-on-delivery arrangements confirmed by our team.

Data is stored on Google's servers, which may be located outside Nepal. Google Firebase complies with international security standards including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Data Retention

Order records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with Nepal's financial record-keeping requirements. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years. You may request earlier deletion of your personal data where no legal obligation requires us to retain it.
