Overview

GarudX is Nepal's only vertically integrated custom UAV manufacturer. From the GX8-Pyro FPV racer to the Genesis relay drone and the heavy-lift disaster response platform deployed by Nepal Police, every airframe is designed, fabricated, and flight-tested in-house at our Lalitpur engineering facility. We work with carbon fiber composites, CAN-bus avionics, and Pixhawk/Betaflight flight controllers to produce platforms that hold up in the Himalayas — from 5,000m altitude operations to urban search-and-rescue missions. Whether you need a single prototype or a small production run, GarudX handles the complete lifecycle: requirements, CAD, CNC fabrication, electronics integration, tuning, and CAAN permit support.

Maiden flight, PID tuning, endurance runs, and CAAN compliance verification.
