Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Nepal) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For custom UAV builds, survey drone packages, or bulk FPV component orders, processing times may extend to 7–14 business days. You will be notified by email with an estimated dispatch date at the time of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Areas & Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, bandas, road conditions, or Nepal Post delays. GarudX is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been handed over.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location at the time of checkout. For enterprise UAV platforms (Skyreaper, GCS-MK32, etc.), shipping is quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch.

Free shipping applies on FPV component orders above NPR 5,000within the Kathmandu Valley.

International orders are subject to local import duties and taxes as per the destination country's customs regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in GarudX's quoted price.

4. Payment & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched only after full payment is confirmed. We accept:

• Bank transfer (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, direct bank)
• Cash on delivery (Kathmandu Valley only, for orders below NPR 10,000)
• Bank wire transfer (for enterprise orders)

For enterprise or custom UAV orders exceeding NPR 50,000, a minimum 50% advance payment is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. For Nepal Post shipments, tracking is available at nepalpost.gov.np. For Pathao / Nida dispatches, you will receive a direct tracking link.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it immediately before opening and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Do not discard the original packaging.

In the unlikely event of a lost shipment, GarudX will investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please allow up to 14 business days for investigation.

Customers in Lalitpur and the Kathmandu Valley are welcome to collect their orders in person from our facility at:
