1. About Us

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website garudx.com and any services or products purchased from GARUDX MULTIPURPOSE PVT. LTD. ("GarudX", "we", "us"), registered in Nepal and operating from Bhaisepati, Lalitpur-25, Nepal. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products & Orders

All products listed on this website — including FPV components, drone systems, and accessories — are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change without notice. An order confirmation does not constitute a legally binding contract until we have confirmed availability and accepted the order.

For custom UAV systems, survey services, and cinematography engagements, all work is performed under a separate written agreement or scope of work. Verbal agreements are not binding on GarudX.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. For FPV store orders, full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. GarudX is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Electronic components (flight controllers, ESCs, VTX units, cameras, batteries) are non-returnable once opened or powered on, as defects caused by incorrect installation cannot be distinguished from manufacturing defects. Frames, accessories, and mechanical parts may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. GarudX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return condition requirements.

5. Drone Use & Compliance

All drones and UAV components sold by GarudX are intended for legal use in accordance with Nepal's Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) regulations. The customer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals before operating any drone. GarudX accepts no liability for fines, penalties, accidents, property damage, or personal injury resulting from the customer's use of products purchased from us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on garudx.com — including text, images, videos, product designs, and the GarudX brand mark — is the exclusive property of GARUDX MULTIPURPOSE PVT. LTD. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GarudX's total liability for any claim arising from use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question. GarudX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lalitpur, Bagmati Province, Nepal.
