Overview

GarudX is Nepal's leading drone survey and LiDAR mapping company. Our Skyreaper UAV platform — equipped with Velodyne LiDAR and a 42MP photogrammetry camera — delivers centimetre-accurate topographic models, orthomosaics, and 3D terrain maps for hydropower, infrastructure, and disaster assessment projects. We have completed 500+ hectares of UAV surveys across river corridors, mountain terrain, and flood plains in Nepal, including bridge construction surveys, zipline route mapping, cadastral land surveys, and DGPS-referenced engineering works. For hydropower clients we provide DEM and slope-stability data critical for feasibility and EIA reports. For disaster response, our rapid-deployment teams generate flood-plain models, landslide hazard maps, and post-event damage assessments within hours. All deliverables are GIS-ready in industry-standard formats (GeoTIFF, LAS, DXF, Shapefile).
